I have not received my username and password to access Daily Services
This information is sent to you by email to your inbox as soon as your order has been processed. If you have not received this email, please email Customer Services at sales@linguaphone.ie quoting your full name and address and the language ordered. We will then ensure another email is sent back to you with the login details.

I have ordered and paid for a download by PayPal, however I have not received it
All our download courses are paid for through PayPal. Your download should automatically start immediately after making payment by PayPal. If not, please contact Customer Services at sales@linguaphone.ie with your full name and address. We will then ensure that a new download licence is sent to you.

How long does a download take?
We are unable to quote a specific time for a download, as this will be dependent on the course you order and the speed of your internet connection. As a guide, our Linguaphone PDQ download courses are 400mb. As they contain 16 hours worth of material may take some time; therefore please ensure that you allow plenty of time to complete the download in full.

Can I stop or pause the download at any time?
No, unfortunately not. Each download grants you with a temporary licence, which expires once the download is complete. If you do experience any problems whilst trying to download your file, such as internet connection breakages or power failures, please email Customer Services at sales@linguaphone.ie

I have a MAC. Are downloads and our online subscription services compatible with it?

Yes, as long as you have an internet connection you will be fine.
