Can I return a course, exchange it or get a refund?
We are sure you will be completely satisfied with your Linguaphone language course. If for any reason you are not happy with your course and you are still within your 21-day trial period, please contact Customer Services on 065 6833066 or by email at sales@linguaphone.ie

We are unable to issue a refund for any order for any of our download language courses or our online subscription services. For further details please read our Returns policy
My course has arrived damaged or is not the one I ordered. What should I do?
In the unlikely event that your course arrives damaged or is not the one you ordered, we will strive to rectify your order as quickly as possible. Please call Customer Services on 065 6833066 or email sales@linguaphone.ie and we will arrange for a replacement course or component to be sent. We will also send a prepaid label to you to enable you to return the damaged or incorrect course to us free of charge.
