How do I know if my order has been received?
When you place your order online, you should receive an order confirmation email into your inbox.
What tax and duty will I have to pay?
Vat is payable at the current rate of 21.5%. If your course is being delivered within Ireland, the VAT will have already been included in the price.
When ordering goods from www.linguaphone.ie for delivery outside of Europe, you may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the package reaches the specified destination. Any additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, so you should contact your local customs office for further information.

When can I expect my order to arrive?
If you have asked for your order to be delivered within Ireland, you should expect it to arrive within 3 – 5 working days.
The majority of our Complete courses are delivered by courier and do require a signature on arrival. We would therefore ask that you provide a daytime delivery address where a signature can be obtained.
If you have asked for your order to be delivered overseas, please do allow up to 10 working days for delivery. Occasionally, the consignment will have to clear local customs, which may delay the delivery slightly.

What if I am not at home when my course arrives?
As your order is despatched through a courier, a signature is required on delivery. If you are out when delivery is attempted, the driver should leave a calling card with contact details of the local depot and your consignment number. Simply contact the telephone number on the card and quote your consignment number to arrange a new delivery or to arrange to personally collect your course from the depot.
